He later began his decade long career at the Mount Vernon Police Dept as an Ordinance/Court Officer. He also taught at New York Cornell Weil University as a New York State General Topics Instructor and Investigations Supervisor for 15 years. And in addition, The Dept of Public Safety in Monroe Township as Captain. Additionally, Joe was the Pastor at the Family Church of Saw Creek in PA and Radio Host of The Motivational Inspirational Moment.
